In accordance with its provisions, we inform you that ASAL srl guarantees within the framework of provisions of law currently in effect, that personal data will be processed in full respect of fundamental rights and freedoms and of the individual dignity of the person concerned (Art. 4, par. 1, letter “i”) of the Code), with particular reference to the right to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to personal data and its protection.

This page describes our website management policy and procedures with particular reference to the processing of our website users’ personal data. This policy is provided in compliance with the Privacy Code solely to users and visitors of this website. ASAL holds no responsibility for any external sites that users of our website may visit through links.

Purpose of data processing

All personal data is voluntarily supplied by the user. We have no unlawful means to collect and retrieve this data without your consent. The personal data in question is collected and processed for the sole purpose of answering your questions or providing services related to your request.

Processing methods

Personal data may be either manually or electronically processed. This includes all operations required to process said data which will be retained for the amount of time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, in compliance with the Privacy Code provisions.

All personal data is processed solely by persons in charge of data processing, that is, by persons employed and appointed by the data Guarantor, ASAL srl. ASAL has enforced all necessary security measures to safeguard data and to reduce to a minimum any risk that personal user data may be accessed by third parties. Said measures are continuously updated and at any other time it is deemed necessary to do so.

Submission of data

The voluntary and explicit submission via email of users’ personal data to the addresses on this site will result in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and other personal data supplied in the email, and will be used solely for us to reply and provide the requested service. Furthermore, this data will be processed in strict compliance with the limits and conditions set forth by the Privacy Guarantor and dictated by the code of ethics and good conduct to safeguard your confidentiality and rights. Personal data will be retained for the amount of time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Specific measures are enforced to avoid the loss of data, its illegal or improper use or unauthorized access to it.

Access to personal data

Only individuals specifically employed by the data Guarantor, ASAL srl, to process data have access to users’ personal data. This data may also be outsourced to a third party company which we use to supply IT services to us in order to guarantee greater data protection. These services are limited to the above-mentioned data processing service. Said third party companies process the data in compliance with instructions received from ASAL, and are limited to the execution of specific operations regarding services requested, and solely to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected.

Rights of data subjects

Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 7 of the Privacy Code (right to access personal data and other rights), personal data subjects are entitled to exercise the following rights at any time: to confirm whether or not information about their personal data exists; to access and know the content and origin of said data; to verify its accuracy and request it to be integrated, updated, rectified or cancelled. Subjects are also entitled to request that the data be blocked if incorrect, erroneous or collected in violation of current legislation. They may also object to its processing on legitimate grounds.
